    Questions and answers

    What size is the file?

    Exactly 300 dpi, so a 35×45 mm photo is 413×531 pixels. Print it at 100% size without scaling.

    Will it be accepted for my document?

    Requirements differ by country and change. Check your authority's rules for background, expression and head size.

    Is my photo uploaded?

    No. Cropping and the sheet are made in your browser.

    Can I change the background?

    You can replace the background with AI right here: choose a colour and press the button. For best results the photo should have a person facing the camera.
