    PDF to Word converter

Turn the text of a PDF into an editable .docx document.

The text is recovered with headings and paragraphs. Page layout, columns, tables and images are not preserved, and scanned PDFs without a text layer cannot be read (no OCR).

    How it works

    1. 1

      Choose a PDF

Drop a PDF that contains text, such as an exported report or a contract.

    2. 2

      Wait a moment

Text, headings and paragraphs are recovered right in your browser.

    3. 3

      Download .docx

Open the file in Word, LibreOffice or Google Docs and edit it.

    Questions and answers

    Is my PDF uploaded?

No. The conversion runs in your browser, so contracts and private documents stay on your device.

Will the layout be the same as in the PDF?

No. You get the text with headings and paragraphs. Columns, tables, images and exact fonts are not reproduced; for complex documents plan to tidy the result.

Why does a scanned PDF give no text?

A scan is only a picture of text. Recognising it needs OCR, which this tool does not include.

Does it work with Ukrainian text?

Yes, as long as the PDF stores real text. Some PDFs with unusual font encodings may produce garbled characters.
