Questions and answers
Are the network name and password sent anywhere?
No. The card is generated in your browser and nothing is uploaded.
How do guests connect?
They open the phone camera and point it at the QR code. On modern iOS and Android phones a prompt to join the network appears.
Should I print the password?
Printing it helps guests with older phones. If you prefer, switch it off and rely on the QR code only.
What is a hidden network?
A network that does not broadcast its name. Tick the option so that phones can still find it.
